New Raiders Navy Days 2009
The Raiders returned for their bi-annual commitment of Navy Days in HMNB Devonport at the tail end of the last season. 3 of 4 planned jumpes were completed into Western Mill the new Amphibious-centric part of the Naval Base. Landing next to 1 Assault Group Royal Marines Head Quarters HQ, HMS BULWARK and RFA Largs Bay, the dropzone certainly had a much more Naval Theme than most displays!

The photograph above shows the Raiders just prior to embarking in a Royal Navy Mk4 Sea King from 846 Sqn at the Helicopter Landing Site (HLS) over at the Disaster Relief Exercise area of the Base.
